For Lease Clover was built by an operator who got tired of explaining preventable repairs after the invoice arrived. The goal wasn't to manage more homes. It was to manage fewer homes better by paying attention to the details that quietly erode value over time.
Most property management companies are built for volume They collect rent and schedule repairs. That model works until it doesn't. When it fails, owners end up paying for issues that never should have happened.
HVAC systems fail early because basic maintenance is assumed, not verified. Exterior issues go unnoticed until repairs become unavoidable and expensive. Security deposit disputes are lost because documentation isn't strong enough to defend.
These outcomes aren't rare. They're routine. And they're preventable.
Our focus isn't reacting faster to preventable repairs. It's paying attention early enough that reaction becomes unnecessary.
For Lease Clover isn't designed for owners chasing the lowest fee or the fastest lease at any cost.
It's built for owners who want fewer surprises, clearer accountability, and protection that shows up before something breaks.

I've been a licensed real estate professional for over 15 years and a Texas broker for six. I invest in rental property myself. This company exists to generate stable returns by preventing avoidable loss, not by managing as many doors as possible.
Before property management, I worked as a P&C underwriter evaluating assets after damage had already surfaced. When I moved into San Antonio property management, I saw where that damage actually starts. Taking over homes from volume-driven companies, the pattern was consistent. The records looked clean.
The oversight wasn't. As my portfolio of homes grew, the exposure showed up quickly. Across hundreds of properties, nearly half of all work orders were HVAC related. Most traced back to restricted airflow from missed filter changes. By the time a technician documented the cause, the damage was already permanent and years or usable system tire were gone.
For Lease Clover was built to remove that blind spot. We verify critical maintenance, document condition to a defensible standard, and limit portfolio size so oversight doesn't break under volume.

With 29 years of experience as an elementary school educator, I bring a strong foundation in patience, communication, and accountability. Throughout my teaching career, I supported academic growth while reinforcing responsibility, integrity, and clear expectations. Transitioning into real estate and property management was a natural extension of that discipline. The role requires attention to dinal, proceduralateracer, and the bity co manage expectations clear rules and consistent systems. In my work, I focus on executing processes correctly, maintaining accurate records, and managing properties and relationships with professionalism. The goal is not volume. It is stability, accountability, and outcomes that hold up over time. Helping people thrive, whether in the classroom or in their homes, has always been at the heart of my work.
